Delete your account and data

You can ask us to delete your LakSri Industrial account and the data linked to it at any time.
How to ask
Email us from the address on your account, with the subject "Delete my data".
Or send "Delete my data" on WhatsApp from the number on your account.

We may ask one question to check it is you. We reply to confirm when it is done, within 30 days.
What we delete
- Your account: name, email, phone, destination country and sign-in details.
- Your price views, searches and saved vehicles.
- Your WhatsApp opt-in and our notes on conversations with you.
- Enquiries you sent us.
What we keep
Records the law requires us to keep, such as sale, payment and shipping documents for a vehicle you bought. We keep them only as long as the law requires.
Signed in with Google or Facebook?
You can also remove LakSri Industrial from the connected apps in that account's settings. That stops the sign-in, but it does not delete what we hold, so ask us as well.
